# Jobs

The Global-e SFCC cartridges ship scheduled jobs that synchronize configuration, catalog data, product restrictions, outbound order notifications, and inbound order-status fallback between SFCC and Global-e. Job definitions are imported from `metadata/jobs.xml`; step implementations live in the `int_globale` cartridge.

After [Installation](/installation-sfcc), import job schedules and run **GlobaleSettings** manually before enabling other jobs. New integrations must also complete [Data API](/configuration-sfcc#data-api-mandatory-for-new-integrations) OCAPI setup so Global-e can start configuration sync over OCAPI when needed. ## Typical setup order

    Import `metadata/jobs.xml` and assign **GlobaleSettings** flows to each Global-e site context.

    Run **GlobaleSettings** manually and confirm `GLOBALE_*` custom objects are populated.

    Enable **GlobaleCatalogFeed** on a schedule that matches your catalog update frequency (see [GlobaleCatalogFeed](/globale-catalog-feed-sfcc)).
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Enable **GlobaleProducts** on staging/development only; replicate product attribute data to production via SFCC catalog replication (see [GlobaleProducts](/globale-products-sfcc)).

    Enable **GlobaleOrderNotifications** when outbound order notifications are in scope; wire the required [hooks](/hooks-sfcc) in your order flows (see [GlobaleOrderNotifications](/globale-order-notifications-sfcc)).

    Configure SFTP credentials and enable **GlobaleOrderStatusFallback** only when Global-e has enabled the inbound order-status SFTP feed for the merchant (optional — see [Order status SFTP fallback](/order-status-sftp-fallback-sfcc) and [GlobaleOrderStatusFallback](/globale-order-status-fallback-sfcc)).
