Receiving Notification Copies

You can choose to receive a copy of customer-facing notifications about RMA status updates when they are sent to customers.

Note

This is only relevant for customer-facing email notifications.

To receive notification BCC copies of notifications:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Emails > Notifications.

  2. In the Get a Notification Copy section, enter a destination email address.

  3. Toggle which RMA status updates you would like to receive copies of.

  4. Click the save icon to save your changes.

Note

By default, you do not receive copies of customer-facing notification emails. However, you can enable an option to receive them as BCCs if needed.
