Domestic Label
The domestic label or local label is used by merchants sending parcels through the Global‑e hub.
The merchant must apply the domestic label on each parcel.
Domestic Label on a Single Parcel
Example of a domestic label on a single parcel.

The label format for a single parcel must include the following information.
Information | Description |
---|---|
Order ID (Global‑e Identifier) | Mandatory. The label must show the Global‑e order ID, as displayed on the order, with its bar code and the parcel description. Alternatively, it can show the merchant's internal order ID. |
The sender: The name of the merchant | Mandatory: The name of the merchant sending the parcels. This name is used if the order id is not provided. Mandatory. |
Global‑e hub address | Address of the local Global‑e hub. This address is used if parcels are separated from the pallet shipment. |
Domestic Label on Multiple Parcels
Multi-parcels and/or split parcels must include a unique identifier on each label so that each parcel can be identified and tracked as part of the same order.

The the label for multiple parcels the same information as the label for a single parcel. In addition, it must include the following information.
Information | Description |

Parcel Code if there are multiple parcels | Mandatory. For multiple parcels. Merchant unique ID applied to a parcel if there are multiple and/or split parcels in the order. This identifier is scanned and saved by Global‑e (for example: 2752681863); it is used to recognize the specific parcel for this order. |
Carrier Label
When the package arrives at the Global-e hub, Global-e prepares the package for shipping. The operator scans the domestic label and prints it on the relevant carrier label in the correct format (for example, DHL).
