# Supported Features

Capability overview for the Global-e SFCC integration. Each group links to the section where configuration and implementation are described.

## Pricing and display

| Price formatting | Apply the correct currency symbol and locale formatting for international prices. |

| GROSS and NET site taxation | Show prices including or excluding tax (VAT) based on the identified shipping country. |
| Country coefficient | Apply a shipping-country price uplift so shoppers see final localized prices. |

## Checkout

## Orders and fulfillment

Global-e writes status files to SFTP; the [GlobaleOrderStatusFallback](/globale-order-status-fallback-sfcc) job applies them with cross-channel deduplication. **Disabled by default** — requires Global-e to enable SFTP export for the merchant. |
| Shipping status | Receive incoming API requests from Global-e to update order shipping status in SFCC. |
| Refunds | Receive refund status updates from Global-e and send refund requests to the Global-e server. |
