Some countries, charge the D&T also on the Shipment Fee of the Parcel.
Countries that charge on Cost of Goods without the shipment are defined as “FOB” (Free on Board).
Countries that charge on Cost of Goods with shipment are defined as “CIF” (Cost, Insurance and Freight).
