Additional Information for the merchant

A tracking domain is responsible for checking and processing tracking events by a given tracking number. The event is sourced by APIs provided by the shipper as well as by Webhooks that are pushed to the service from the shipper.

An action such as an early refund, cash on delivery, changing the order status, or sending an order-related email to the customer can be triggered by the tracking event.
