Merchant Portal
The Global‑e Merchant Portal is a web-based platform provided by Global‑e to merchants who partner with Global‑e for international e-commerce solutions.
It serves as a central hub for managing various aspects of the merchant's international sales and operations. This includes order management and fulfillment.
The Merchant Portal features are available according to configuration and roles. Make sure that you have adequate permissions to implement the features.

Merchants: Details about Product Management, Reports, Flat Shipping Rates, Site Customization , and Flash Sales
Orders: How to manage and process orders, and perform returns, replacements, and refunds.
Configuration: Configure and customize your site , use the Marketing Proposition to set up campaigns, and configure your Email notifications.
System: Add or remove users. In addition, explore the specifics of Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.

Country Proposition Management
Self-service country proposition management dashboard that you can access directly

Searching Existing Campaigns
From the top menu, navigate to Configuration > Marketing Proposition.
From the left menu, click Campaigns.
The Campaigns list is displayed showing all added campaigns.
Adding New Campaigns
From the top menu, navigate to Configuration > Marketing Proposition.
From the left menu, click Campaigns.
The Campaigns list is displayed showing all added campaigns.
Click Add Campaign.
From the NEW CAMPAIGN panel, set the following information:
Name of campaign
Start and end date
Start and end time
Optional: Free shipping for the cheapest shipping option
Click Cancel or Next.
From the SELECT COUNTRIES panel, select all relevant countries.
By default, there are no countries in newly created campaigns. Individually select a focus country or zone to include in the campaign, or click Select All to include all countries in the campaign. You can use the search field to search for countries by name.
Click Save.
Click Create Campaign.
The campaign name, date range, and campaign countries are displayed in the Campaigns tab.
Define the campaign shipping rates and campaign cart range prices.
