One-time setup

There is no plugin mapping screen for this field. After you install a Global-e Hybris addon that includes GARAN support, each product shows GARAN Image URL in Backoffice.

Per product

In Backoffice, go to Catalog → Products and open the product.
Open the Administration tab.
In GARAN Image URL, enter the full HTTPS URL of that product’s GARAN PNG. Leave it empty for products with no guarantee.
Save the product.

This is not the product photo. Multimedia / ImageURL stays the storefront image. For variants, see Platform notes — an empty variant field can inherit the parent URL.

When the value syncs

The value is sent on checkout, on the SendCart payload for that cart line.

Platform notes

Do not put the GARAN PNG in the product image / multimedia slot. The addon keeps ImageURL (storefront photo) and GaranImageURL (guarantee label) as separate fields.

If a variant’s GARAN Image URL is empty and the parent product has a value, the cart line uses the parent URL. Set the field on the parent if every variant shares one label; set it on the variant when a size or colour needs a different file. Same behaviour as Shopware 6.

SKU 29533 has a GARAN URL. SKU 45572 has none — GaranImageURL is null and no attachment is generated for that line. The storefront photo remains on ImageURL.

FAQ

Do variants each need their own URL?

Only if they differ. An empty variant field uses the parent product’s value.

Can I reuse the product image?

No. Use GARAN Image URL for the official label PNG.
