Response Mapping

Using Response Mapping refers to Comment: Please provide the purpose of response mapping.

Accessing Response Mapping
To access response mapping
  1. Navigate to Payment > Response Mapping from the top menu.

  2. Continue with one of the following below:

Managing Gateway Response Codes

This section tells you how to add, edit, and delete gateway response codes.

To manage gateway response codes
  1. Follow steps 1 - 3 above.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Add a new gateway response code - Click the add icon and define the GatewayResponseCode and Internal Code.

    • Edit a gateway response code - Click the edit icon and edit the GatewayResponseCode and Internal Code.

    • Delete a gateway response code - Click the delete icon.

Managing Transaction Status Reasons
To access response mapping
  1. Follow steps 1 - 3 in Accessing Response Mapping at the top of the page.

  2. Select the Manage transaction status reasons checkbox.

    The Transaction Status Reasons section is displayed at the bottom of the page.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Add a transaction status reason:

      1. Click the add icon.

      2. Define the Internal Code and Code Description.

      3. Select or clear Do Reroute. Comment - What does this do?

    • Edit a transaction status reason:

      1. Click the edit icon.

      2. Edit the Internal Code and Code Description.

      3. Click the check icon to save, or the x icon to cancel your edit.
