The Global-e SFCC cartridges ship scheduled jobs that synchronize configuration, catalog data, product restrictions, outbound order notifications, and inbound order-status fallback between SFCC and Global-e. Job definitions are imported from metadata/jobs.xml; step implementations live in the int_globale cartridge. After Installation, import job schedules and run GlobaleSettings manually before enabling other jobs. New integrations must also complete Data API OCAPI setup so Global-e can start configuration sync over OCAPI when needed. See Configuration → Scheduled Jobs for Business Manager setup. Typical setup order

Import metadata/jobs.xml and assign GlobaleSettings flows to each Global-e site context.

Run GlobaleSettings manually and confirm GLOBALE_* custom objects are populated.

Enable GlobaleCatalogFeed on a schedule that matches your catalog update frequency (see GlobaleCatalogFeed).

Enable GlobaleProducts on staging/development only; replicate product attribute data to production via SFCC catalog replication (see GlobaleProducts).

Enable GlobaleOrderNotifications when outbound order notifications are in scope; wire the required hooks in your order flows (see GlobaleOrderNotifications).

Configure SFTP credentials and enable GlobaleOrderStatusFallback only when Global-e has enabled the inbound order-status SFTP feed for the merchant (optional — see Order status SFTP fallback and GlobaleOrderStatusFallback).

Add GlobaleCouponRedemptions only when coupon verification during failover is required (see GlobaleCouponRedemptions).

Add GlobaleRestrictedItemsFeed when you push product restrictions to Global-e by SKU, brand, or category; create the job manually in Business Manager (see GlobaleRestrictedItemsFeed).
